HOW-TO add your “Favourite Messenger”
In every order that you have booked our services, it would be rarely to have the same face of messenger as your former orders. In case you are satisfied with his service (e.g. accuracy in delivering your shipment, timeliness of the deliveries or his polite manner), and would like to let him see your next order before other messengers, you can easily rate him 5 stars after your order has completed. After that you will be asked whether to let him be your favourite messenger.
Why’s it good?
By specifying the favourite messenger, the messenger will likely to see your order before others and these increases the chance to make your order accepted faster. Moreover, it makes sure that you will have the same person with satisfied services.
What if you want the specific group of your “Favourite Messengers” to accept you job?
SKOOTAR understands you! You can customize a set of your favourite messengers so that they can see your orders according to type of your jobs. Just go to “Menu” on SKOOTAR’s website or Application.
Setting your “Favourite Messenger” on SKOOTAR Mobile Application
Open SKOOTAR application → Go to “Menu” → Select “Favourite Messenger” feature → Turn on the button “Do you want to lock these messengers to be the only group who can receive your order?”
Click “OK” to confirm
That’s it! Now you will receive our superb services from your list of favourite messengers.
After SKOOTAR introduced you to our new feature, real time location tracking, last month, many of you may still wonder how this feature works. The feature let you track the job status in real time by using GPS system (Global Positioning System). Moreover, you can also share location tracking link and job status to your receiver through many social media platforms such as Facebook, LINE or email.
This feature is available now on both SKOOTAR’s website and mobile application! You can easily track and share the job location and job status after you order.
SKOOTAR increases payment options to serve your needs! You can now make a PromptPay e-Payment to SKOOTAR messenger.
After the National e-Payment Scheme was implemented by the government in 2015, Thai people started to experience the electronic payment system. Good news for all SKOOTAR customers because you can pay the service fee to messengers by PromptPay.
For Mobile Application customers, you can choose to make a payment by PromptPay in the payment option page.
For SKOOTAR website users, you can also pay the fee by PromptPay by selecting PromptPay option in payment option page.
SKOOTAR messenger will inform you his phone number in accordance with PromptPay transfer.

For SME, small business owner or entrepreneur, you may have heard of Invoicing and Payment Term before. Today, SKOOTAR would like to present you how invoicing benefits to your business.

Deducting 1% WHT when paying invoice by Credit Card, Online Banking, or ATM is now available on all SKOOTAR platforms.
Just press a button to pay invoice in payment menu, you will be asked if you want to deduct WHT. Once selected, the system will calculate the deducted amount for you to proceed with the payment as usual.
